Pro gives you full access to Audio check-ins and all core features on a monthly basis. Premium includes everything in Pro plus The Listener (Video), priority support, and early access to new features — at a lower monthly cost when billed annually.
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Yes. All your sessions are encrypted and completely private. We never sell or share your personal data. Your conversations stay between you and E-Ball.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider, RevenueCat & Stripe. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
